How Do You Make A Webclient?

Please if someone knows how to make a webclient please post here. I have the No-Ip and port open but I don't know how to do the Source part at all...

It's not hard to make a webclient. If you got a delta server wich is 317 goto google search for create 317 weblcient if you got 474 do the same but then searsch create 474 rsps webclient. Ore go find a webclient you like and is the same version as you have. Steal ther script and change like the background of it at put it in a CSS website maker script html.
