614 start.

have started by taking a standard 614 base, (harder than it sounds since hardly any of them have working caches >.<)
- added overload effects(just need to make it so it hurts you when you drink it and it will be done, so not so hard)
-added rocktail effect, since they didn't work on the base i got.
-added all item bonuses to items (im not saying is hard, just damn boring so thought i'd mention it)
-fixed item dropping dupe.
-have added some other ranks like, owner and trial staff, just because I was kinda bored with just 2 ranks.
-edited the pk reward system and improved the economy slightly, as well as fixing pk shop. (would log you out when you opened the shop)

will be hopefully adding more stuff later so will update this when I do
